No more waiting around all day for delivery! For 2 man deliveries you will be contacted on the morning of your delivery giving you a specific time window in which you should expect the delivery. (Please note this time should be used as a guideline only. Delivery windows cannot be given for next day delivery orders.)

All large items will be delivered to your door by a 2 man team to make sure your goods arrive safely.

You decide the delivery date! We deliver to nearly all UK postcodes 7 days a week – Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm. You can choose a date at our showroom with one of our staff members.
Need to Change your Delivery Slot?
We understand things can change and you may need to rearrange your delivery after it has been agreed. This option is available to you, however we ask that you let us know with at least 3 working days notice.
Next Day Delivery
Need it in a hurry? If we have stock in our warehouse, we can offer you delivery next day (Monday to Sunday). Simply order asoon as possiable.
For large two man deliveries, our delivery team will take your new Kitchen, Fireplace, Fitted Warbrobe or Appliance to the Home of your choice. The room needs to be on the ground floor. Please note we are unable to go up or down stairs. Appliances will usually be delivered to your front door or garage.
We understand that sometimes you will not be available to receive your goods. For small goods our couriers will attempt redelivery once after which you will be charged for any further redelivery attempts. For large items requiring two-man delivery, if you have been advised of a delivery date by us and are subsequently not available to accept the goods, a redelivery charge will be applied.
Damaged Items / Missing Items / Wrong Items
Nearly all our orders arrive on time and in the same excellent condition they left our warehouse. However items can get knocked about in our vehicle and whilst often it is only the packaging that is damaged, the products themselves are occasionally damaged. Items also occasionally get misrouted or lost in our vehicle
If damage is noticed at point of delivery the order can be refused and returned with the driver.
Most products on our website are in stock and available for next day delivery or delivery within 3 days. In the rare case an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we have delivery details from the manufacturer so you can choose a convenient delivery date.
The average order to delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks however we have many products in stock for rapid delivery. Please check the relevant product pages for more information.
For most of our products we use two-man delivery teams to ensure that your goods arrive safely. As part of this high quality service our drivers will deliver your new Kitchen, Fireplace, Bespoke Wardrobes or Appliances into your home, unpack it, allow you time to check for any damage before asking you to sign for the goods and then take all the packaging away with them. Deliveries can take place from 9am till 6pm.
All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after the goods are delivered you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
